Dear Friends!! I have missed my time with you – blogging about all the lovely things and people that inspire me!! I feel like the last 2 months or so of my life have been consumed by my online shop and the Christmas Markets that I participated in.
I am extremely grateful for the business successes that have come my way in this time, but, to be honest, it has been a very tiring time. Now that we are on holiday (Yay!!!!! I am lying on the bed looking at the sea over my laptop as I write this) I can finally reflect and relax. I have learned so much in this busy time, worked with my sister which has been very special, met some wonderful friends and connected with clients face-to-face (which has been wonderful). I achieved a goal which I set myself, and now have the gift of hindsight when I consider doing it again!! On the flipside I have been stressed, I have spent many evenings working in my office and neglecting my wonderful hubby, I have packed, moved and re-packed my workspace TWICE (for the markets), and the fridge and grocery cupboard have been empty on more than one occasion!! So now – what now??… Now I have time to think about what I want for myself and Paperpeony in 2013. Have no fear – I’m not going anywhere, but just deciding where I want to focus next year. I have some exciting ideas that I am working on, and some things that I need to prioritise.
So – in the next few weeks you can expect to hear from me often – as I share my inspirations, introduce you to some of my new friends, tell you a bit about our holiday and maybe share a few creations (I have a new skill I am going to try to learn….) My shop will be closed until sometime in the early part of January – I have not yet set a re-opening date, but will let you know once I do.
Here are a few images that have inspired and energised me recently.

Please do keep popping by – I’m looking forward to re-connecting with you all, and re-charging my batteries (physically and spiritually). Lots of love to you all from sunny (and windy) Pringle Bay!
