Hello Friends. Well, it’s day 2 of my workshop (Your Darling Blog by Jo Klima) and I am really enjoying myself. Jo has really put a lot of effort into this course!! Today I have been working my way through a long list of inspiring blogs in different styles, getting a better idea of the style I want my new blog design to take on. Not only have I become more aware of the actual design of a blog when looking at it, but I have discovered some absolutely beautiful blogs, with lovely content!!
In an assignment yesterday I noted that something that inspires me is beautiful illustration. One thing I really wish I could do better is draw and illustrate – I haven’t really sketched or painted since high-school – and I have immense respect for illustrators. Well today I “discovered” Stephanie Ryan and her inspiring illustrations on her blog small sweet steps. I have to share a few of them with you….

Stephanie says in her introduction to herself that “It is my purpose in this life to help inspire others and then in turn myself, using love and the creative arts as a means to heal our spirit and live our truth one small sweet step at a time.” Well Stephanie – today you inspired me and I am grateful for it. Thank you!!
